Yes. Every system in the Filters For You range is WaterMark certified to Australian standards. WaterMark certification ensures the product is safe and fit for its intended use when installed in a plumbing system — a requirement for all plumbing products connected to mains water in NSW.
Yes. In NSW, any connection to the mains cold water supply requires a licensed plumber. Using an unlicensed installer can void your home insurance, the filter warranty, and is non-compliant with NSW plumbing regulations. Jean-Paul holds NSW Plumbing Licence 461511C and personally installs every system.
All prices are fully inclusive — the complete filter system, all fittings, a dedicated filtered water tap, licensed installation by Jean-Paul, and lifetime workmanship warranty. There are no call-out fees, no separate labour charges, and no hidden extras. The price you see is the price you pay.
A standard twin-stage carbon filter takes approximately 1.5 hours. Reverse osmosis systems take around 2 hours. The whole-house Pure Home system typically takes 2–3 hours. Jean-Paul always allows time to walk you through how your system works before he leaves.
