Balanced, Neutral pH Water From Your Kitchen Tap
Sydney's mains water is treated and safe by regulatory standards, but it arrives at your tap containing chloramine, fluoride, trace heavy metals, and in some areas nitrates and PFAS. For households that cook, brew coffee, and drink directly from the tap every day, reverse osmosis is the most comprehensive solution available for residential use.
The Pure Neutral uses a 50 GPD high-efficiency RO membrane to reject up to 98% of dissolved solids at the molecular level, including fluoride, chloramine, lead, copper, arsenic, nitrates, PFAS and microplastics. Stages 1 and 2, a 5-micron sediment cartridge and a 100% coconut carbon block, pre-treat the feed water and protect the membrane from chlorine and particles. The final stage is a dual finishing cartridge: activated coconut carbon polishes the taste, then calcite (calcium carbonate) media restores a measured amount of calcium and lifts the water to a balanced, neutral pH of around 7 to 8, without making it hard.
The result is clean, great-tasting water that sits at a comfortable neutral pH rather than the higher pH of an alkaline system. If you would prefer a higher alkaline pH with added magnesium and potassium, the Pure Plus+ uses a full alkaline remineralisation blend instead, and the Pure Balance leaves the water pure and mineral-free.
The 12-litre storage tank ensures water is always available on demand, no waiting for filtration to complete before you can fill a glass. The dedicated chrome filter tap is installed through your benchtop, and a 3-way mixer tap upgrade is available if you'd prefer one fixture over two.
Jean-Paul installs every Pure Neutral system personally across Sydney. He's a licensed NSW plumber (Lic. 461511C), not a subcontractor, every installation is done by the same person who answers the phone. Fixed price of $820 covers system, tank, chrome filter tap, all fittings, and licensed installation. No hidden extras.
This system uses High Performance Filtration (HPF) filter cartridges and Filter Systems Australia (FSA) system housings, Australian-owned brands, Gold Coast QLD. Jean-Paul is Sydney's authorised installer for both brands.
Filter Stage Breakdown
Four stages work in sequence to deliver clean, balanced, neutral pH water. Each stage has a specific role, from protecting the membrane to restoring mineral balance.
