Your cover stays active while your paid annual service plan does, with a 30 day grace period on each service.
It covers the sealed system and all the labour to replace a covered part. Valves and the filter tap are covered for two years, then replaced at a fixed published price at your service. Pure Luxe electronics are covered for five years, with separate terms after that.
Cartridges are your yearly service, not a warranty item. Cover belongs to you at the installation address, and it ends if the plan lapses.

Whole house filtration for every tap. Reverse osmosis for the water you drink. Deluxe for both.
Whole house filtration is installed at the mains, so every tap, shower and appliance gets filtered water. Pure Home uses three full size stages with catalytic carbon. Pure Home Reserve uses coconut carbon and a 0.22 micron stage in a cabinet in 22 colours.
Reverse osmosis sits under the kitchen sink with its own filtered tap. Pure Essential, Pure Plus, Pure Premium and Pure Luxe help remove up to 99% of dissolved contaminants, then put minerals back. Pure Flow is not reverse osmosis. It filters the cold water to the mixer you already have.

One visit a year keeps your water right and your cover active.
Each visit replaces every scheduled cartridge and checks and tests the whole system. The first year of servicing is free with both Deluxe packages.

Pure Plus is five stage alkaline reverse osmosis. Pure Premium is seven stage hydrogen rich alkaline reverse osmosis, with magnesium, potassium and hydrogen back in. Pure Luxe is smart five stage alkaline reverse osmosis, with live TDS readings on its display and quick change cartridges. Pure Essential is four stage reverse osmosis with a neutral finish.
Pure Home Reserve is whole house filtration in a powder coated stainless steel cabinet, in 22 colours matched to the COLORBOND® palette. Inside are grooved sediment, coconut carbon and a 0.22 micron multi stage carbon cartridge, which help reduce chlorine and chloramine at every tap. It starts at $5,150 installed including GST. No. Pure Flow is three in one inline filtration on the cold water line to the kitchen mixer you already have. It helps reduce chlorine taste and odour, and no new tap is needed. For purified water, the reverse osmosis range starts with Pure Essential at $1,180 installed.
Yes. Sydney’s water is safe, but it is not pure. Sydney Water treats it with chlorine or chloramine so it stays safe all the way to your tap. Whole house filtration helps take that back out at your home, and reverse osmosis purifies the water you drink. Is Sydney tap water safe?
We book the visit with you, replace every scheduled cartridge, and check and test the whole system. The same local team that installed it comes back each year, and each service keeps your lifetime cover active.
