Old filter cartridges removed and replaced with fresh WaterMark certified cartridges matched to your system.
System Flush
Full system flush clears any residual carbon fines or debris after cartridge replacement. Water runs clear before sign-off.
Leak & Fitting Check
All connections, fittings and tubing inspected for wear, leaks or potential failure. Issues flagged and addressed on the spot.
Pressure Check (Standard+)
System pressure confirmed within manufacturer specifications. Low pressure is a common sign of a failing pre-filter or membrane.
Sanitisation (Standard+)
System sanitised to remove any biofilm build-up. Critical for systems that haven't been serviced in over 12 months.
Service Report
Every visit includes a written service summary. Premium plans include a detailed water quality report with test results.
