The service plan with a lifetime warranty.

Filtered for Life is our yearly plan for your water filter. We come out once a year, change every cartridge and check the system. You also get our lifetime warranty: $0 for parts, labour and the callout if it ever fails, for as long as you stay on the plan. The people on it are members.

It depends on your system. Pure Flow is $380 a year, Pure Essential $550, Pure Premium and Pure Luxe $650, and Pure Home and Pure Home Reserve $700. The Deluxe Home package is $1,150 a year and Deluxe Home Reserve $1,250. Every price includes GST and is paid once a year, at your service.

The yearly service with the year’s cartridges, the lifetime warranty, discounted plumbing maintenance while we are at your home, and every 5th year on the plan at half price. Filtered for Free comes with it too, as it does for every customer.

Every part of the system we supplied and installed, every hour of labour to fix or replace it, and the callout. A leak or no water gets its own visit. Anything else is fixed at your next yearly service or a visit we book with you, at no cost. Cartridges and membranes are renewed at your yearly service, as part of it. Mixer taps carry their maker’s own tapware warranty, and Pure Luxe smart electronics are covered in full for 5 years, then a fixed $600 contribution to a replacement system. No. Both come out once a year and change every cartridge. Only Filtered for Life carries the lifetime warranty and the member perks. A professional yearly service and a DIY kit come with the maker’s parts warranty and our lifetime promise on our own workmanship.

At your first yearly service. A new system is covered from the day we install it until then, and at that service you choose how we look after it. Picked another option? You can join at any later yearly service, and your cover starts from that service.

The lifetime warranty ends for good on that system, and it can’t be restarted, even if you come back to us for servicing. The same goes for a service missed by more than 30 days. You keep the maker’s parts warranty and our lifetime promise on our own workmanship.

No. Filtered for Life is paid once a year, at your yearly service. We remind you before it’s due, and you have 30 days from the due date to get it done.

Our loyalty reward. Every 5th year on the plan is half price: year 5, 10 and 15, for as long as you stay a member.

For every friend or family member who installs Pure Essential or above, your next year of cartridges is free. On a DIY kit that year’s kit is posted free. On a professional yearly service or Filtered for Life you pay $190 for the visit only, and a member keeps the lifetime warranty. No limit, and it is never paid as cash.

You’re treated as a Filtered for Life member at the yearly service price you already pay, so your cover carries on while you keep your yearly service with us. Your yearly price never goes up.

Yes. The cheaper system’s Filtered for Life or professional yearly service is $100 off, because it’s one visit. Both Deluxe packages already have the saving in their yearly prices.
